Q: What if I get the wrong size?
A: Send us what you have and let us know what size you need. We'll have the new ones out to you ASAP.

Q: What's up with the prices?
A: There no sense in dealing with cents. Some companies try to juice you for an extra 95 or 99 cents, but not us. We like it clean and simple. The dirty belongs somewhere else.

Q: Tax and Shipping?
A: Why should you have to pay for that? It's all included. The price you see on the site is the price you pay. Not a penny more.

Q: How can I order?
A: Currently you can order online. We will soon be available in boutique shops all over the country.

Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: You can send us an email here.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We will ship either US postal or UPS Ground depending on your order. It will arrive in an subtly marked package from DL just incase you're a little timid.

Q: Are you green?
A: We strive to be as green as possible. Most of our products are made right here in the US, and we take the extra step to make sure that the chemicals we use are as non-toxic as possible, and all of our inks are water based.

Q: Will the colors look exactly like the website?
A: Some of the colors might not look exactly like the website, but will be close. Everyone's screen looks a little different, so we can't make a guarantee, but if you don't like it you can always send it back, and we won't give you any problems.

Q: What about returns?
A: You have 14 days from the time you receive any item to return it for a full refund. No questions asked. To make start the return process, send us a message on the contact us page. Let us know what you are returning and be sure to include your order number.

Q: What if it's defective?
A: Send them back and we'll replace them ... and we'll probably fire someone too. No seriously, we stand by our products, so if you have a problem with them, we will make it up to you.
