You also certify that you are at least 18 years of age at the time the photo was taken and the time of upload. R rated images are OK as long as they are somewhat artistic. Pornographic images are not OK and will be deleted. Any images may be deleted at any time for any reason without notification. By uploading your image you are also giving us the right to use your image for purposes including but not limited to redistributing in order to promote the website and products. While this may sound like we are taking advantage, it is only necessary that we tell you this, but we are not a company who will take advantage of our customers, and we will not do that we think you might not like without your permission and/or compensation.

By signing up and submitting your email address anywhere on the site, you agree to let us send you occasional promotions for our products as well as some promotions from our affiliates and partners. We will never sell your email address to anyone. If you receive an email from a partner it will be sent from us directly to you.
